For boutique hotels · La Paz and Los Cabos

The hotel that turns off its own AC.

Room-level AC control and consumption metering by zone. Water is the example shown here; the same platform can integrate gas and electricity when the installation supports them.

Operations portal · climate and consumption by room and zone
Climate

Nobody can be in 28 suites at once.

Each compatible mini-split is controlled room by room. If a room is vacant or a door or window remains open, the AC can turn off automatically—reducing guestless runtime and manual room checks.

01

Vacant room → off

The AC stops working when there is no guest; actual savings are calculated from operations and bills.

02

Open door or window → off

An opening sensor can keep the mini-split from cooling the outdoors.

03

Occupied room → individual control

Temperature and power by room, without walking the entire hotel.

Metering example: water

A leak in suite 14 no longer waits for the bill.

With one main meter, a leak appears on the bill weeks and thousands of liters later. Measuring by room and zone gives the overnight flow a name and a location.

Common areas

Pool, laundry, and kitchen: the hungry zones.

The biggest consumers do not belong to a room. Measuring them separately shows what each area costs to run and when its pattern changes.

Payback

Savings are calculated from your bills.

01

One leak found

A running toilet can waste thousands of liters over several weeks. Early detection changes the cost of the problem.

02

AC with no guests

Climate hours in empty rooms stop being invisible when occupancy and control work together.

The projection uses your real electricity and water bills. We do not publish generic percentages as though every hotel operated the same way.

Installation

In stages. While operations continue.

IR control over compatible mini-splits and meters over the current installation. Work is planned by building or floor so operations can continue.
