Nobody can be in 28 suites at once.
Each compatible mini-split is controlled room by room. If a room is vacant or a door or window remains open, the AC can turn off automatically, reducing guestless runtime and manual room checks.

A leak in suite 14 no longer waits for the bill.
With one main meter, a leak appears on the bill weeks and thousands of liters later. Measuring by room and zone gives the overnight flow a name and a location. And the biggest consumers (pool, laundry, kitchen) do not belong to a room; measured separately, you know what each one costs to run.

The monthly fee
One price, for the whole hotel.
The equipment is paid once. The monthly fee covers the monthly estimate of AC hours saved, the alerts when a room drops off control, and the backup of the system. Water metering by room or by zone is quoted separately, according to the site.
